Two Balanced Mama favorites, in one weekend!

Saturday: 10am- 4pm: BirthingTime Basics

• All the information from our childbirth class series in one session! Lots of time for movement, questions, and practicing for labor and delivery.

Sunday: 10am- 4pm: Balanced Baby

• Breastfeeding, baby feeding, babywearing, postpartum recovery... and more! We include plenty of hands on practice, discussion, and, of course, resources galore.

Both days will include morning coffee, light snacks throughout the day, and printed information & resources to take home. The days will also include breaks for lunch, with lots of options available within walking distance!

*Ticket price includes entry for pregnant person and their partner or support person.

*If you're interested in one class or the other, but not the whole weekend... we have the half ticket option! Just let us know which day you will be attending!
