All Levels Iyengar IN-STUDIO

About this event

The multi level class includes poses from the Level 1 and Level 2 Iyengar yoga syllabus. General classes are appropriate for a range of students and provide challenge for those with experience and include modifications as needed both in person and those attending from home. Inversions such as Sarvangāsana (shoulder stand) and Sirsāsana (head stand) and full arm balances as well as seated, twisting and forward bending poses are included. Modifications will be made for those students on their cycle, recovering from injury, surgery or illness. All are welcome!
