About this event
Oncology Yoga is for cancer patients, cancer survivors, and for their care givers: gentle yoga poses (seated in a chair, if needed), breathing practices, and guided meditation. These classes pay special attention to stress associated with a cancer diagnosis and treatment, and to pain and reduced range of motion for patients and survivors.
