- ➤ In December 2025, Conway recorded a labor force of 37,742 with a 3.8% unemployment rate and YTD sales of $2.298 billion while restaurant revenue rose 4.75%. Faulkner County data showed similarly low unemployment and modest overall sales growth. Pulse of Conway
