- ➤ A House committee voted yes on Senate Bill 433 that would make public school classrooms and other public buildings show the Ten Commandments — the bill now awaits a full House vote before it goes to governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders. If approved and signed, the measure will bring the commandment display to classrooms soon. Arkansas Times
- ➤ The Conway Transportation Department approved plans on March 11 to rebuild Nutters Chapel Road off Dave Ward, and work will begin in four to six weeks after finishing the Tucker Creek bridge on Salem Road (project cost $1,510,029). The project will add curb and gutter work, storm drain closures, bike lanes, and sidewalks (5-foot wide) with grass barriers to improve safety for residents. The Echo
