- ➤ Arkansas State Police arrested Michael Charles Evans (35, Houston) on Saturday, April 26 after he fired his gun at a driver on Interstate 40 in Lonoke County; the victim was not hurt, two semi-automatic pistols were recovered from his black Cadillac, a juvenile was in the car, and Evans faces charges including terroristic act and aggravated assault.
