- ➤ Today, the State Board of Corrections selected Nabholz Construction from Conway + J.E. Dunn Construction Group to work on a controversial prison project in Franklin County after the legislature declined a $750 million funding request. Officials will use an available $75 million and plan to seek additional funds during next year's fiscal session. ABC7
