  • Law enforcement is investigating a tip that escapee Grant Hardin—who left North Central Unit in Calico Rock at 3:40 p.m. Sunday—may have been seen near Highway 65 and Cadron Ridge Road between Conway and Greenbrier with multiple agencies offering a $10,000 reward for his capture.  Arkansas Times

GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • CVS Health has filed a lawsuit against the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy over Act 624 which will bar the company from running 23 pharmacies due to its pharmacy benefit manager, arguing the law violates the Constitution—including the Dormant Commerce Clause, the Equal Protection Clause, and the Supremacy Clause.  ABC7
