- ➤ On August 6, 2024, deputies from the Garland County Sheriff's Office responded to a welfare check in Pearcy that found a dead man — a finding that led investigators to focus on a 60-year-old Conway woman — who was arrested on June 10 for his homicide and now faces charges of forgery, failure to appear and additional charges from Saline County authorities.
