Off-ramps along Interstate 40 will be closed tonight and Wednesday nights for two hours each as ARDOT tests a wrong-way detection system that uses vehicle sensors and LED signals to warn drivers — Highway Police will manage traffic while emergency responders may use the ramps at any time.
