A 16-year-old and his 71-year-old grandmother have been charged in Logan County after a deadly crash on May 30 that killed two sisters when the teen allegedly drove a 2011 Chevrolet his grandmother bought in Missouri, and he now faces an upgrade to second-degree murder charges—while his grandmother is charged with manslaughter for giving him the unlicensed car—according to court documents.
