Isbell Farms has teamed up with Moody Brews to use surplus broken rice and rice flour to brew a new beer called New Ground Pilsner— a craft beer that may open new markets for Arkansas rice.

The partnership will help both businesses use rice that was once wasted and could lead to more local craft beer options.
