- ➤ Entergy Arkansas plans to build the Jefferson Power Station near the retiring White Bluff coal plant (the company will file its application in August under a new law that allows a strategic investment rider) and may raise rates for about 740,000 customers. - ➤ Conway Police Department is investigating an isolated shooting at Westbury Apartments — officers are monitoring the area and advising the public to avoid the scene for emergency responders. ABC7
