Arkansas Secretary of Human Services Janet Mann said Monday that she expected over 215,000 Medicaid expansion enrollees to keep coverage because the state requested a two-year extension for ARHOME and if CMS denies the extension, recipients will shift to fee-for-service coverage on Jan. 1 (which may disrupt providers and beneficiaries).
