- ➤ A federal judge converted a temporary restraining order into a preliminary injunction on Wednesday for the Conway School District to stop enforcement of Act 573 that requires public schools to display the Ten Commandments — he also denied the state’s request to limit the order only to classrooms used by plaintiffs’ children.
