- ➤ Little Rock-born Evanescence, which has not played in Arkansas since 2012, will perform at Simmons Bank Arena on July 11, 2026 — they will share the stage with Spiritbox and Nova Twins. Tickets will go on sale Friday. Arkansas Times

- ➤ Hendrix College received a $10 million endowment challenge grant from Little Rock’s Windgate Foundation—one of the largest investments in the college's history, and the funds will boost academic programs and student services. Log Cabin Democrat
