About this event
An earth and fire experience in a heated room to connect to your internal fire taking your pranayama (breath) deeper and connecting more deeply to your body. You will be guided through stretching poses and holding for 1-3 minutes. We will move slow like lava but just as powerful for a perfect myofascial release Always make sure to preregister for classes at least 2 hours prior to class time.
