- ➤ Green Bay Packaging announced a $1 billion expansion of its production facility in Morrilton that will boost the Arkansas Kraft paper mill—attracting up to 1,200 contractors at its peak—and increase production capacity. The project, set to finish in the first quarter of 2028, will create 35 new jobs for the more than 600 employees in Conway County. ABC7
